Concept of a single-family housing development.

The project is located on a difficult plot in terms of shape, close to a triangle with a sharp decline of approx. 1.5 m downwards in relation to the access road.

The project utilizes the terrain in such a way that the buildings are designed with a fairly deep plan, have a system of different levels inside every half-storey, which reduces the need to transform the existing area and on both sides a height of 2.5 storeys is obtained. Part of the layout was inscribed in a sharp triangle of the plot shape by cutting out an extruded block, which gives an unexpected effect of dynamic form , on which window openings were scattered in a seemingly random way, enhancing the dynamism of the block.

The entire design is based on a simple play of shapes: a raw concrete base covering the ground floor and an overhanging part above covered with an intricate skin of sheet metal cladding covering the entire upper floors, including the roof covering.
