Project of reconstruction of the former vinegar factory building together with its expansion to serve as a district museum.

The project of adaptation and extension of the existing building of the former vinegar factory for the needs of the district museum in Leszno, consisting in adding a new, modern block, partially embedded in the ground, in the courtyard of the existing facility, housing exhibition areas, adaptation of the existing part to the entrance zone, offices, cafeteria, etc. and covering the space between them with a glass roof creating a multifunctional hall zone with suspended glass connectors connecting the old and new parts on the upper floors. From the side of the public space of the streets, the existing historical building is encompassed on two of its sides by two modern blocks in the shape of beams contrasting with the brick block of the existing part.
