A project of remodeling the existing development of tourist cottages aimed at reducing the impression of the atomization of the space of the existing layout of several dozen repetitive cottages by connecting them into several groups using a second elevation / openwork screen that differentiates the physiognomy of the buildings and closes the space between them in the form of intimate courtyards. The elevations are composed of two types of materials: vertical wooden slats and perforated, varnished sheet metal allowing for free ventilation of the development layout and minimal interference with the existing structure and finish.
