The idea of the design comes down to interaction of two elements: solid base represented by grooved, reinforced concrete wall of the bottom storeys punctuated by firing holes like window holes referring to the nearby medival city wall and dynamic, variable solid od fire wrapping around higher storeys and roof designed as perforated steel skin of a rusty colour blending all in connection with the existing, historical building out of red brick.
